Banner Lake Programs

Banner Lake Early Learning Center

Established in 1990 as Dunbar Early Learning Center, our organization has evolved into Banner Lake Early Learning Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing educational opportunities, growth, and healing for the youngest and most vulnerable members of our community starting August 2022.

We proudly serve children from Banner Lake, Pettway, and Indiantown, as well as other areas of Hobe Sound and Martin County. At Banner Lake Early Learning Center, we are committed to fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children through our innovative approach to learning.

By utilizing evidence-based practices such as Conscious Discipline and Trauma-Informed methods, we strive to support children in healing from trauma, building resilience, and unlocking their full potential for success in life. Collaborating with the Banner Lake Club, community leaders, dedicated families, generous individual donors, and funders, we are actively addressing the root causes of these issues to drive systemic change.

Through our transformative programs and dedicated partnerships, Banner Lake Early Learning Center is making a meaningful impact on the lives of our community's youngest members, setting them on a path toward a brighter future.

Banner Lake Academy represents a long-term investment in achieving lifelong success.

Cost Included In Tuition:

Banner Lake Academy offers an extensive array of resources, encompassing a diverse collection of books, materials, and engaging activities. Moreover, our commitment to providing a well-rounded education extends beyond the classroom. Students can partake in enriching field trips, both on and off campus, participate in creating cherished memories through our yearbook, proudly display their school spirit with uniform shirts, and have access to essential school supplies. To further ensure our students thrive, we also provide a complete food and nutrition service. The best part? The cost of tuition covers all of these expenses. We are fortunate to be able to offer these opportunities thanks to the generous support of state scholarship programs and private donors.
